How long does a typical CRM project take?
Most focused CRM builds take 10–16 weeks from kick-off to launch. More complex platforms with multiple integrations and teams can take 20–30 weeks. We provide a clear timeline in every proposal.
Do you work on a fixed price or time & materials?
We default to fixed-price because it's safer for both parties. That requires thorough scoping upfront — which we invest in before sending a proposal. We do offer T&M for ongoing retainer work and long-running product teams.
Who owns the code and IP when the project is done?
You do. 100%. On final payment, full IP and source code transfers to you. You receive everything in a private Git repository and can take it in-house or to another developer at any time.
Do you work with startups or only established businesses?
Both. We've helped pre-seed startups build their first MVP and helped 500-person companies replace legacy systems. What matters is a clear problem to solve and readiness to collaborate closely during the build.
What if I need changes after launch?
We offer ongoing support and development retainers from £800/month that include hosting, bug fixes, and a monthly feature allocation. Or we can scope specific change requests as mini-projects. You're never locked in.
